Sarvadhenu A2 Desi Ghee is prepared using the traditional Bilona method from curd (dahi), not cream — ensuring authentic aroma, natural grainy texture, and better digestibility. Made from the milk of grass-fed cows, this ghee is known for its purity, richness, and nutritional value.

The process begins with culturing milk into curd, which is then hand-churned to extract butter and slowly simmered to obtain pure golden ghee. This time-tested method helps retain essential nutrients and enhances both taste and quality. Naturally rich in good fats, A2 ghee is considered a wholesome addition to the Indian diet, supporting daily energy and overall wellness..

With its thick consistency, grainy texture, and rich aroma, Sarvadhenu A2 Ghee enhances the flavour of everyday meals—from dal, roti, and rice to sweets and festive dishes. It is free from additives, preservatives, artificial colours, and chemicals, ensuring only pure, unadulterated ghee reaches your family.

Packed in premium glass jars to preserve freshness and quality, every batch is lab-tested for purity and consistency. Suitable for cooking, frying, baking, and traditional uses like nasya or massage, Sarvadhenu A2 Desi Ghee is a trusted choice for those who value authenticity, taste, and nourishment in their daily lifestyle.

Why does 1 kg of Sarvadhenu A2 Cow Desi ghee cost so expensive?

Because this is how we actually make it.

  • The A2 milk

25–30 litres of raw A2 Sahiwal cow milk collected per kg of ghee. Regular brands use 8–10 litres of machine-separated cream.

  • The bilona process

Curd set overnight. Hand-churned bi-directionally using wooden bilona churner. Takes 2–3 hours per batch. Mass brands do this in under 20 minutes by hand churned.

  • Slow heating

Butter slow-heated on low flame for 45–60 minutes until golden. No shortcuts. Milk solids settled and filtered. Packed in sealed glass jars same day.

  • Time taken: 3 days

From fresh milk collection to sealed jar. Commercial brands do the same in 2–3 hours using industrial cream separators and high-heat processing.

FAQ

Questions people ask before buying

What if I'm not satisfied after buying?

WhatsApp us at +91 96343 40109. We will replace your jar or issue a full refund. No forms, no waiting, no questions asked. We've been making ghee for years — your satisfaction is how we stay in business.

Why is Sarvadhenu ghee ₹2,000/kg when other ghee costs ₹600?

Because real bilona ghee takes 25–30 litres of A2 milk per kg and 3 days to make. Mass-market brands use cream separators in 30 minutes and 8–10 litres. You're not paying more — you're paying for the real thing.

How do I know the ghee is actually A2 and not just a label?

We own our animals. Our Sahiwal cows and Murrah buffaloes are purebred desi breeds — not crossbred HF cows that produce A1 milk. Every batch is FSSAI tested. WhatsApp us and we'll send the certificate.

Is A2 ghee really better for digestion?

The A2 beta-casein protein in desi cow milk is structurally similar to human breast milk and is gentler on the gut than the A1 protein in most commercial dairy. Most of our customers report less bloating and easier digestion within 2 weeks.

How long does the ghee last? Does it need refrigeration?

Sealed: 12–18 months. After opening: up to 6 months at room temperature in our glass jar. No refrigeration needed. Keep the lid sealed and away from direct sunlight.
