🧈 Sarvadhenu A2 Ghee – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Sarvadhenu Organic Farm, we craft every drop of our A2 Desi Ghee with care, devotion, and centuries-old tradition. While we aim to delight you with our quality, we also believe in supporting you if something goes wrong.

🕔 Return/Exchange Window – 5 Days Only

You have up to 7 days after delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund — depending on the issue. We encourage you to inspect your product as soon as it arrives and contact us promptly if something’s not right.

✅ When Can You Return or Exchange?

  • The product is unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging
  • You provide a valid invoice at the time of request
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

🚫 Used Product Returns – Taste or Appearance Issues

We understand that food preferences vary. However, due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used ghee — even if:

  • You didn’t like the taste, aroma, or texture
  • The ghee looked different than expected

Our hand-churned Bilona A2 Ghee is made using traditional processes that can naturally vary in color, consistency, and aroma based on seasonal changes, cow’s diet, and batch variation — which is a sign of authenticity, not a flaw.

If you believe the ghee is spoiled or unfit for consumption, you may raise a quality complaint within 5 days. We will evaluate your case with proper documentation and provide a fair resolution if verified.

📸 What You Need to Share with Us

For any return, refund, or exchange request, please share:

  • Order ID
  • Clear image of the invoice
  • Photo of the outer packaging
  • Close-up image or video of the issue (e.g., damage, spoilage)
  • Short unboxing video (mandatory for damage/missing items)

This helps us resolve your concern faster and ensures product safety protocols are followed.

🔁 Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange

We accept returns/exchanges only if:

  • Wrong product received
  • Product was damaged or leaking upon delivery
  • Seal was broken at the time of delivery
  • Product was expired upon arrival

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used products
  • Dislike of taste, color, or consistency (unless spoiled)

💸 Refund Policy

If a refund is applicable (e.g., product out of stock, returned unopened, order cancelled before shipping), here’s how it works:

  • After pickup and inspection, we’ll notify you about approval status
  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account
  • If only part of your order is returned, refund will be issued accordingly

Note: Refunds are not issued for used ghee or personal taste concerns unless the product is spoiled or unsafe for consumption (determined by our quality team).

❌ Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • If cancelled in time, you’ll get a full refund
  • We may cancel your order due to:
    • Stock unavailability
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping/payment info
    • Pricing or listing errors

🕒 Reporting Time Limits

  • Damage or leakage – Within 3 days of delivery
  • Missing product – Within 5 days
  • Spoiled product – Within 5 days
  • Wrong item delivered – Within 48 hours
