Refund policy

Once an order is confirmed, sarvadhenu does not accept return or refund requests. However, we are committed to working with our valued customers to find fair and amicable solutions in the following situations:

Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, please notify sarvadhenu within 3 days from the delivery date via email to info@sarvadhenu.com or WhatsApp on [insert WhatsApp number]. In your email or WhatsApp message, provide the order number, image of the invoice, one outer box image, two clear images of the damaged product, and an opening box video. For multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced. We will promptly re-send and replace the damaged product(s) and work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

Missing Product: In case of a missing product, notify sarvadhenu within 3 days from the delivery date via email to info@sarvadhenu.com or WhatsApp on [insert WhatsApp number]. Include the order number, image of the invoice, one outer box image, and an opening box video in your email or WhatsApp message. While we cannot accept a refund request for missing products, we will promptly re-send the missing product. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

Spoiled Product: If you discover spoilage of a product, inform sarvadhenu within 10 days from the delivery date via email to info@sarvadhenu.com. In your email, provide the order number, date of packaging, and clear images or video of the spoiled product. Due to the natural and handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on variance in taste, texture, color, or aroma. We prioritize the use of the best and natural ingredients, ensuring maximum nutritional value. We will investigate and replace the spoiled product after due diligence, ensuring a fair outcome. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
